Notes: I took this data from Nicholas Campion's "The Book of World Horoscopes". Unfortunately, there was a few discrepencies that threw me for a loop. He said the chart was set for noon and yet he provided a time of 4:17pm GMT. I thought, i'll cross compare both the Asc & Midheaven placements with the book but they were in the same location. Next Campion stated the proclamation for this particular date happened in Chuquisaca... that is a gigantic. He set the coordinates to 64w20, 20s00. I decided to simply plug in the capital of the Chuquisaca Department which is Sucre. As a result the Asc & MC is slightly off. His Asc is at 24 Sco 20min & MC is at 12 Leo 21min. I've been to this country several times with my wonderful mother to visit my grandmother. So it was nice to see this environment spell out familiar experiences i've encountered since childhood.
