Notes: Possibly one of the oddest criminals out of the lot. Aside from his serious crimes, this fbi interview gives us a glimpse of his mental state. At one point he pulled out a macarooni cheese from his pockets so they could analyze it for poison. He also claimed that hed been persecuted by Nazis because he had a Star of David on his forehead-which he did not. He explained that the Nazis were connected to UFOs which had telepathically commanded him to kill to replenish his blood. He suggested that FBI should put a radar on him to track down the UFO's.
