Notes: In this youtube clip, Tarl says he fits the description of an aquarius very very well. Meaning, he was most likely born between 3:25pm to 11:59pm. He also wasn't born in Rutland, Vermont like i initially thought. In a tweet he posted back in July of 2019 he clearly states he was born in New Hampshire, named after Tarl Cabot, of the Gor series. I left the time at 11:59pm so his Asc would land on my Moon & set the city at Hebron since its small quaint town & its where Aleister Crowley retired. My primary focus was at least making sure the sun placement was in the correct sign. Please contact me if any of this birth data needs to be updated.
